The Star Athletic Alliance "Stars To Watch" series continues for the 2026 high school football season, spotlighting select & upcoming athletes in PA. - All content developed by SAA Staff.









Jaiheer Dasilvio – #2 / 5’11” 185lbs / 4.0 GPA

Exeter Township High School / C/O 2029 RB/LB  @jai2Fast

Jaiheer is a strong, physical athlete on both sides of the ball. He displays quick feet with good balance and able to recognize holes as they develop. He Runs with good pad level and finish carries going forward. Defensively he is able to slip blockers, fill holes and deliver punishing tackles. Jaiheer is an excellent student whose work ethic shows in the weight room and classroom.


 







Nick Castro - #7 –  6’0” 195lbs / 2.9 GPA

Nick is an all-around versatile athlete that can affect the outcome of games whether on offense, defense or special teams. He has a nose for the ball and shows playmaking traits. Nick plays with a high motor and gains advantage with technique, effort and determination. He displays good pursuit instincts whether dropping in coverage or rushing the quarterback. After missing most of last season due to injury, Nicks Spring and Summer work show his commitment to making an impact on the 2026 season. 

 










Austin Kehr – #99 / 6’0” 176ilbs / 3.6 GPA

William Penn High School  C/O 2029 / QB  @austinkehr_7

Austin is a talented and athletic QB who exhibits several important traits at a high level. His arm strength and accuracy stand out whether standing firm in the pocket, being forced to manipulate the pocket or flushed and making off platform throws. He displays good movement skills on rollout plays and is able to keep his eyes fixed downfield. Austin stands tall against the rush and is not afraid to take a hit while making an accurate pass. He is able to navigate traffic and leverage his play making abilities.


 








Jacob Garrett - #33 / 6'1”  210lbs / 3.5 GPA

North Penn High School / C/O 2027 FB/LB @JacobGarrett27

Jacob is an under the radar rising senior who is a quality LB without a lot of flash. He has the range to cover the field end to end, diagnose running plays quickly and fill running lanes without hesitation. He is able to sift through traffic and evade blockers using his strength and leverage to set up ball carriers and make the tackle. Jacob has also been utilized on the outside and thrives at setting the edge and keeping ball carriers from getting outside. In coverage Jacob shows good drop speed as well as the ability to flip his hips and change direction while still making the tackle.


 








Lucas Kreider – #17 / 5’11” 165lbs / 3.7 GPA

Governor Mifflin High School / C/O 2029 RB/DB   @LucasKreider

Lucas is a solid athlete, with good speed and vision as a runner. He also leverages this skill set in the return on special teams. This multi-sport athlete shows off his athleticism exceeding in both track and field events. On defense he with effort and is a willing tackler with plus pursuit skills. Lucas shows instinctive ball skills and the ability to high point balls in pass coverage. Looking forward to seeing more growth with experience.



  

 






Xavier Blackwell – #18 / 5’11” 180 / 2.0 GPA

Norristown Area High School / C/O 2027 WR/DB  @XavierBlac45818

Xavier Blackwell is a high-motor do-it-all athlete. In addition his game speed is on display  tracking down ballcarriers and in his backside pursuit, He has played Safety and Receiver in the past and converted to an edge/LB role during last season’s campaign. His quick first step and relentless pursuit really display these high energy traits. He will be transitioning to Safety this season, better suited for his skills and frame long term. Xavier is a play maker on specials teams, whether blocking kicks or returning them. Expect big things in his senior year.
